To bring this vision to life, Steve has assembled a team possessing over one hundred years of hospitality experience.  Experience that includes time together opening and operating the award-winning Iron Bridge Wine Co.  In addition to The Bridge, Steve is also co-founder of the acclaimed Mutiny Pirate Bar & Island Grille.

A longtime resident of Howard County, Steve has been recognized as an outstanding entrepreneur and figure in the community. His success record over decades in the hospitality industry is unmatched: having launched and established four award winning restaurants and advising many more. Steve leads the team at Wecker Hospitality Group and guides the vision of each new project they undertake.

Vince Culotta

A veteran of the hospitality industry, Vince brings his decades of knowledge and experience to the team with a keen eye for detail and an almost supernatural ability to develop and train staff to provide the highest levels of customer service possible. Under his watch, Iron Bridge Wine Company gained national recognition and earned a reputation as one of the great restaurants in the region.

Stephen Wecker

Stephen infuses the Wecker Hospitality Group with a youthful, creative vision.Raised in the restaurant industry, Stephen possesses a talent for bar management seldom found, even in professionals twice his age.  Stephen was recently hailed as a “40 Under 40 Rising Star” by FSR Magazine, for his innovative cocktail program at The Iron Bridge Wine Co.

His role behind the scenes goes from market analysis, to cash flow management, and his excellence in his position is a direct reason why Wecker Hospitality Group is able to launch and maintain successful restaurant concepts.
